Mengendalikan Emosi

Emosi dan perasaan akan bergolak di karenakan 2 hal; kegembiraan yang memuncak dan musibah yang berat. Dalam sebuan hadits Rasulullah bersabda, “Sesungguhnya aku melarang 2 macam yang bodoh lagi tercela: keluhan takkala mendapat nikmat dan umpatan takkala mendapat musibah.”
Dan Allah berfirman,
{(Kami jelaskan yang demikian itu) supaya kamu jangan berduka cita terhadap apa yang luput dari kamu, dan supaya kamu jangan terlalu gembira terhadap apa yang diberikan-Nya kepadamu.} ((QS. Al-Hadid: 23)
Maka dari itulah, Rasullah bersabda, “Sesungguhnya kesabaran itu ada pada benturan yang pertama.”
Barangsiapa mampu menguasai perasaannya dalam setiap peristiwa, baik yang memilukan dan juga yang menggembirakan, maka dialah orang yang sejatinya memiliki kekukuhan iman dan keteguhan keyakinan. Karena itu pula, ia akan memperoleh kebahagiaan dan kenikmatan dikarenakan keberhasilannya mengalahkan nafsu. Allah s.w.t. menyebutkan bahwa manusia makhluk yang senang bergembira dan berbangga diri. Namun, menurut Allah, ketika ditimpa kesusahan manusia mudah berkeluh kesah, dan ketika mendapatkan kebaikan manusia sangat kikir. Akan tetapi, tidak demikian halnya dengan orang2 yang khusyu’ dalam sholatnya. Itu karena merekalah orang2 yang mampu berdiri seimbang di antara gelombang kesedihan yang keras dengan dan luapan kegembiraan yang tinggi. Dan mereka itulah yang akan senantiasa bersyukur takkala mendapat kesenangan dan bersahabat takkala berada dalam kesusahan.
Emosi yang tak terdendali hanya akan melelahkan, menyakitkan, dan meresahkan diri sendiri. Sebab, ketika marah, misalnya, maka kemarahannya akan meluap dan sulit dikendalikan. Dan itu akan membuat seluruh tubuhnya gemetar, mudah memaki siapa saja, seluruh isi hatinya tertumpah ruah, nafasnya tersengal-sengal, dan ia akan cenderung bertindak sekendak nafsunya. Adapun saat mengalami kegemberiaan, ia menikmatinya secara berlebihan, mudah lupa diri, dan tak ingat lagi siapa dirinya.
Begitulah manusia, ketika tidak menyukai seseorang, ia cenderung menghardik dan mencelanya. Akibatnya, seluruh kebaikan orang yang tidak ia sukai itu tampak lenyap begitu saja. Demikian pula ketika menyukai orang lain, maka orang itu akan terus ia puja dan sanjung setinggi-tingginya seolah-olah tak ada cacatnya. Dalam sebuah hadist dikatakan: ”Cintailah orang yang engkau cintai sewajarnya, karena siapa tahu ia akan menjadi musuhmu di lain waktu, dan bencilah musuhmu itu sewajarnya, karena siapa tahu dia menjadi sahabatmu di lain waktu.”
Dalam sebuah hadist Rasulullah bersabda, ”Ya Allah saya minta pada-Mu keadilan pada saat marah dan lapang dada.”
Barangsiapa mampu menguasai emosinya, mengendalikan akalnya dan menimbang segalanya dengan benar, maka ia akan melihat kebenaran, akan tahu jalan yang lurus dan akan menemukan hakekat.
{Sesungguhnya, kami telah mengutus rasul2 dengan membawa bukti2 yang nyata dan telah Kami turunkan bersama mereka Al-Kitab dan neraca (keadilan) supaya manusia dapat melaksanakan keadilan.} (QS. Al-Hadid: 25)
Islam mengajarkan keseimbangan norma, budi pekerti, dan prilaku sebagaimana ia mengajarkan manhaj yang lurus, syariat yang di ridhai, dan agama yang suci.
{Dan, demikianlah (pula) Kami telah menjadikan kamu (umat Islam), umat yang adil dan pilihan.} (QS. Al-Baqarah: 143)
Keadilan merupakan tuntutan yang ideal sebagaimana ia di butuhkan dalam penerapan hukum. Itu terjadi, karena pada dasarnya Islam dibangun di atas pondasi kebenaran dan keadilan. Yakni, benar dalam memberitakan berita2 Ilahi dan adil dalam menetapkan hukum, mengucapkan perkataan, melakukan tindakan dan berbudi pekerti. Dan,
{Telah sempurnalah kalimat Rabb-mu (Al-Qur’an) sebagai kalimat yang benar dan adil.} (QS. Al-An’am: 115)

Fresh filtered water: The quality of water you use – in terms of the amount of mineral salts and chlorine it contains – can greatly affect the taste of coffee. This clears out water which has stood overnight in the pipes. Bring the water to the boil, but don’t boil it for too long, as this removes oxygen and makes a flatter cup of coffee. Pernah mencoba menggunakan batch file untuk mencari sesuatu tanpa harus membuka browser terlebih dahulu..?
Kalau belum.. ni ada sedikit tutorial yg mungkin bermanfaat
